VENKAT (FOUNDER, CEO & PRESIDENT)

Venkat is a lawful permanent resident of the United States of America currently he lives in California. He has 29 years of experience in US healthcare Industry. As a leader and self-sufficient innovator, Venkat is comfortable in any role from executive boardroom to the production floor. Venkat’s innate ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace. He brings out of box thinking, value engineering ideas and meticulous approach to a organization. Venkat is a RCM expert who cultivates and maintains collaborative relationships with clients to achieve mutual goals. With his combined experience in administration and accounting he not only provides valuable suggestions to his clients, but helps them for enhanced revenue and cut down expenses.

WEBSTER JOHNSON (CO-FOUNDER & COO)

Webster joined together with Mr. Venkat to form Elnorma solutions in July 2019 after serving 17 years with multiple US RCM companies. As a chief operating officer, Webster oversee the day to day administrative and operational functions. He also ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place. Webster collaborates with the operations team to develop and implement recommendation for service improvement. He is well expertise in planning, managing and executive projects, managing service function for enhancing operational effectiveness, streamlining the working standard of operating systems of client. Webster has interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels and strong analytical and supervisory skills with administrative capabilities and intellectual potential to meet set objectives. His capability to manage operations, process and teams with methodological leadership towards the growth of the organization.

SIBI KATTAKAYAM (DGM – CLIENT RELATION)

Sibi has over 20 years of experience with more than 18 years of experience in US revenue cycle management. He holds expertise in accounts receivable, Medical billing denial management to name few, He has experience in transition process implementation and automation. Prior to this he spent many years leadership positions at Apollo health street, Sys information, Ascent business solutions. Sibi works with the client to build strategies to overcome any challenge their business may face. With his strong analytical and problem solving skills, he easily identify the needs of client and understands the solution needed to fix any business challenges.

Sibi is a customer-and quality-focused professional who provides the strategic vision and leadership that drive operational process, productivity, efficiency and bottom-line improvements in project management. Proven ability to develop team structures and create focused, engaged and empowered groups. Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and poised, and interactive with individuals at all levels. Sibi is a talented and experienced transformational leader who will bring leaderships as we continue to grow our company.

PAUL ABRAHAM (DGM – OPERATIONS)

Bundled with 17 years of experience in US and Australia healthcare, he is a dedicated and compassionate professional in the healthcare industry. His holistic and practical approach towards the process ensured him a steady growth and holding many management roles in reputed organizations like eCare India, SCIO inspire Corp and N-sight solutions. He has been exceptional in assessing and forecasting the staffing requirements. He maintains cost effective and stable workforce to absorb volume volatility. Paul always works through the initial period of pilot testing and establish firm communication channels with the client for all types of escalations Account management and Client relationship management. He has been rewarded by many clients for his outstanding service delivery. Adding the feather to the crown, he also worked as a RCM consultant for 4 years for a client who is based in Texas. As a DGM-operations he ensure the exploration of all avenues in the pursuit to attract and meet the end client’s requirement.
